Not perfect, but worth it

The breakfast buffet is great. The Aqua Park offers free entry, and pool dinners on select nights are fun and enjoyable.

Rooms are dated and noise travels easily. Jet ski rentals are deceptive, which can lead to disappointment.

We found the resort and aqua park in dire need of maintenance, with many attractions closed or in poor condition, like the Jacuzzi and fitness center. Room cleaning was unacceptable. We had to request it for three consecutive days despite paying a premium. The breakfast options were lacking and inflexible, leaving us frustrated throughout our stay.

Everybody was very very helpful and attentive. Location: the hotel was right by the shop next to the water park and the center and the beach park. There was Tree Bar, located nearby, where we relaxed.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

I had high hopes for this resort, but it's so disappointing that the jacuzzi is broken and the fitness center is practically a ghost town. Funny enough, no one offered me any upgrade or special treatment even though i clearly deserve it. I almost thought about giving a decent review but just couldn't.

Had a great time enjoying the amazing aqua park and relaxing dinners by the pool, but the breakfast options were disappointingly repetitive. I'd definitely stay again!

The water park offers fun slides and swimming. The room had cleanliness issues, and the furniture felt outdated. Great options for canoeing and the children's playground kept the kids entertained.

The spacious triple room was great, but many amenities were poorly maintained.

The triple room was spacious with a nice balcony view. Loved the fridge and coffee machine. Enjoyed the outdoor pools, especially the water slide. Breakfast had good options like pancakes and eggs. Pool dinner parties were a lot of fun. Free entry to the aqua park was a cool bonus too.

Can't recommend highly enough for a flash stay

Spacious room, good breakfast buffet, and enjoyable evening pool parties make this hotel an excellent choice, especially with its convenient location just a short taxi ride away from dining options and shopping.

The lobby was expansive and beautifully decorated. I particularly enjoyed the spacious room we had, allowing easy movement and comfort for both my family and me .
